Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive paid media strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a company-wide paid media strategy that includes paid social, PPC, Google Shopping, and display advertising.
- Manage and develop direct report paid media managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Proactively promote best practices across our paid media channels to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Perform daily optimization to grow revenue and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Manage the company's paid media budget and ensure that all campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain paid media KPI frameworks and reporting processes to measure campaign success.
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar ecommerce or paid media role.
- Strong background in paid media management is essential.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent project management and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex paid media concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
- Experience with creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics is required.
- Knowledge of paid advertising, paid social, and social media channels is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for paid media and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £52k basic, depending on experience.
- Hybrid role with 1 day at home and 4 days in the office.
- 33 days holiday per year.
- Hours of work are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (can be flexible).
