Senior Paid Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive paid media strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Paid Media Strategy: Plan, develop, and implement a company-wide paid media strategy that covers paid social, PPC, Google Shopping, and display advertising.
- Lead and Manage Paid Media Team: Manage and develop a direct report paid media manager, promoting best practices across our paid media channels.
- Optimize and Grow Revenue: Proactively optimize paid media campaigns to grow revenue and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage Paid Media Budget: Hands-on management of the business's paid media activity and budget.
- Define KPI Frameworks and Reporting: Define paid media KPI frameworks and reporting processes to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience working in a similar ecommerce/paid media role.
- Strong Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to ambitious deadlines, and excel as part of a team that values collaboration.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate paid media channel details in a way that is easy to understand.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Technical Skills: Experienced in creating reports in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
- Paid Advertising Expertise: Experienced in paid advertising, paid social, and social media channels.
- Flexibility: Able to start immediately and commit to 12 months.
- Passion for Paid Media: Must be passionate about paid media.
- Salary: Up to £52k basic, depending on experience.
- Hybrid Role: 1 day at home, 4 days in office.
- Holidays: 33 days holiday.
- Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (can be flexible).
