Position Overview: Are you an enthusiastic Educational Support Specialist looking for a rewarding opportunity? Empowering Learning is collaborating with a well-regarded Primary School that is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.


Role Responsibilities: This full-time position involves a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the entire class.
  • Facilitating small group sessions and offering personalized assistance to individual students.


The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and should have prior experience in a UK educational setting.


Contract Details: This position is set to commence in September and will span the entire academic year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Level 2 qualification.
  • Experience in supporting children within an educational environment.
  • Strong behavior management skills and the ability to establish rapport with students.


Compensation: Competitive daily rates ranging from £85 to £100, along with holiday pay and pension contributions.
