Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience from initial inquiry to move-in day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and stress-free experience
- Proactively contacting customers to provide advice and guidance on their purchase of an apartment and the lifestyle
- Working closely with the onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices
- Showing customers apartments and providing information on floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings
About You
We are looking for a sales professional with excellent customer relationship skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed. You will be comfortable working independently and have a strong understanding of the retirement living market. Previous sales experience in the retirement sector or selling new homes is desirable.
