Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for the broking and negotiation of each risk within the WTW Retail Global Excess Liability facility, liaising effectively with both Insurers and client service teams. Uphold Insurer service level agreements, ensuring compliance with the terms of our facility agreement. Maintain adherence to facility processes and ongoing compliance. Collaborate with our Facilities hub to enhance service delivery to client service teams. Ensure that the facility aligns with all internal governance standards and that Insurer services are fulfilled. Contribute to upcoming tenders through effective teamwork. Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance efficiencies within the facility.
