Job Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at a 38-bedded purpose-built nursing home. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals with dementia and other complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on care to residents in a safe and supportive environment
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification
  • Experience of working in a care home or similar setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
