Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents and those with physical disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the care of residents, including administering medication and treatments as required
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
- Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration
- Experience in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
