Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Job Summary:

Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work within a Mental Health hospital, supporting men and women with physical and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) or (RGN)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
