Job Overview: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a 38 bedded purpose-built nursing home. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care to residents in a safe and respectful manner
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN), Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including days and nights
