Telecommunications Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Xad Technologies LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate customer databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Calls: Make targeted outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
  2. Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify sales opportunities to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  3. Customer Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate leads and collaborate with the business development team to follow up on sales opportunities.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
  7. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Proven experience as a Telecommunications Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals and meet targets.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software to manage customer databases and sales opportunities.
  5. Education: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of telecom/ICT/IT products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
