About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated individual to support our Fundraising teams in raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Society in their local community.
As a Community Fundraising Ambassador, you'll play a vital role in engaging with our supporters, identifying new opportunities, and building brand awareness. You'll work closely with our Community Fundraiser to develop and implement local fundraising initiatives, ensuring our supporters feel valued and empowered to make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Community Fundraiser to develop and implement local fundraising strategies
- Engaging with local supporters, volunteers, and community groups to raise awareness and funds
- Identifying new opportunities for fundraising and developing innovative ideas
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders
