We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Meetings and Events to lead the Meetings and Events Operations at The Londoner. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-caliber events and meetings in a luxurious hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the seamless execution of the Meetings and Events Operations, ensuring we exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the Meetings and Events team to deliver each event with the precision and attention to detail required.
- Lead, inspire, and maintain a cohesive Meetings and Events team, including Event Managers and the Beverage Manager.
- Address complaints and feedback constructively, striving to resolve issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and supporting the Meetings and Events operations team, ensuring a focus on guest experience and teamwork.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive knowledge of Meetings and Events Operations management, with experience in a high-revenue hotel environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, logistics, management, and leadership skills are essential for this role.
- Proven organizational abilities, capable of working independently and meeting deadlines with quality outcomes.
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills to establish effective rapport.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
