The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to source skilled and experienced colleagues, in a range of disciplines, to enhance our business and help us provide a service that is second to none.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand by enhancing the candidate experience and showcasing the company's culture and values.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs through proactive talent acquisition efforts.
  • Offer Management: Assist in negotiating job offers, working closely with the HR team to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency of recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and providing timely recruitment support.
