About the Role

As a Telecommunications Sales Manager at Ad Warrior, you will be responsible for leading our Telesales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary objective will be to manage and motivate the team to achieve their targets, while ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Telesales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain a reporting suite to provide insights on sales performance, customer behavior, and team productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations, enhance customer experience, and increase efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
  • Agency Management: Collaborate with our third-party telesales agency to ensure effective communication, data sharing, and sales performance.
  • Offer Management: Manage and optimize DWP and council free offers, ensuring accurate data and efficient dialing.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing a telesales team, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sales operations, customer relationship management, and data analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
