Job Title: Senior RF and Microwave Engineer

Serco is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF and Microwave Engineer to join our team at RAF Menwith Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing complex data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data analysis techniques to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver significant improvement projects.
  • Design and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in RF and Microwave Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of antenna theory, propagation, and modulation methods.
  • Experience with error correction methods and coding.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other commonly used IT packages.
  • UK residency for UK security clearance.
