Electronics Engineer Opportunity

Serco is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at RAF Menwith Hill. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing data to monitor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Good aptitude for analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong team-working skills and ability to work under pressure
• Good report-drafting skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work with a range of IT applications
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to build relationships with people
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment

Requirements:

• Qualified to Master's Degree level or equivalent in RF and Microwave Engineering
• Firm grasp of transmission and communications paths
• Demonstrable understanding of antenna theory and propagation methods
• Competent in error correction methods and coding
• Strong IT user and experience in analyzing large data sets
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
• Good MS Office skills and UK Residency for UK Security Clearance
