About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers, associates, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents of loss and shrinkage to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Work closely with store teams to educate and train associates on loss prevention best practices and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective conflict resolution and loss awareness.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce loss and improve asset protection.
