We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Decision Maker to join our team at the SRA. As an Authorisation Caseworker – Level 3, you will play a critical role in delivering our regulatory objectives and ensuring that our processes meet the required service levels and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make complex regulatory decisions on a full range of applications for individuals entering the legal services market.
  • Work with our CRM system to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Assist in delivering training and quality assurance measures.
  • Support and mentor colleagues across the directorate on procedural and technical queries.

  • Prioritize workload with a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experience of making high-risk and complex decisions in a timely manner.
