Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering at The Carpenter's Arms in Cambridge.

About the Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking charge of the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none. This includes taking accurate orders, working closely with kitchen staff, and ensuring payments and receipts are correct.

You will also be responsible for confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings, observing service and standards, and reporting any incidents or issues. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate leadership skills, enthusiasm, and passion for food and beer.

Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
