Parts Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Your main focus will be on inbound Trade Sales, with a small element of retail customers, while also making outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and re-establish contact with lapsed Trade customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pricing information and build strong relationships with customers
- Order required parts for delivery to customers' local Vantage centres
- Agree payment and delivery schedules with Trade customers
As a customer-focused role, you will be dealing with our valued customers while also liaising with our dealerships to resolve any issues.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm for delivering great customer service
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs
- Experience in stock ordering in a similar role
