Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Connectivity Liaison to join our team at Trip Group.

This role will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our local teams regarding system connectivity-related concerns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong learning ability, and a desire to take ownership of the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support and feedback to local teams for system connectivity-related issues
  • Identify possible causes and resolve individual and basic issues
  • Escalate complex issues to regional or global headquarters with accurate and complete descriptions
  • Perform end-to-end testing with partner system connectivity
  • Provide API integration and testing support, both internally and externally
  • Create and maintain accurate integration documentation
  • Work with internal teams and partners to analyze and troubleshoot integration and operation issues
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and escalate when needed
  • Experience with hotel front desk and/or reservation systems is a plus
