Director of Property

Location: Buckinghamshire

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Overview:

As Director of Property, you will lead property management and maintenance across a diverse portfolio that includes residential, commercial, and heritage assets. You will oversee budgets, manage significant projects, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining strong tenant and stakeholder relations. This role is crucial in preserving an historic estate and maximising returns on the property portfolio.

  • Manage major building works, budget preparation, and project execution.
  • Oversee maintenance across the entire estate, including heritage properties.
  • Provide internal surveying expertise and ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead a team including the Head of Property Maintenance and Head of Heritage Capital Projects.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience with heritage buildings and property portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a clean UK driving license.
