Project Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Bond Williams in the construction sector. If you possess strong administrative skills and are proactive, we would love to hear from you

About the Role:

  • Support the Projects Coordinator in performing administrative duties for the Project Team.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure the safe and smooth execution of projects.
  • Office-based with occasional visits to project locations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and project management software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
  • Proactive and capable of working both independently and in a team setting.
