About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Systems Team, providing strategic direction and guidance on the design, development, and delivery of products, applications, and services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in system architectural design, system definition, modelling and simulation, system analysis, system testing, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Systems Team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement system architectural designs, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and advise on suitable methods and approaches to convert system definitions to detailed system design specifications.
- Conduct system analysis, testing, and statistical analysis to determine the suitability of methods and techniques for projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system architectural design, system definition, modelling and simulation, system analysis, system testing, statistical analysis, and reliability engineering.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
