Job Title: Site Manager

United Living is a leading infrastructure, construction, and property services company in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling the activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget, to the stipulated quality standards, within the contract period, and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. This will involve ensuring that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the induction of all employees and sub-contractors on site and follow up with toolbox talks.
  • Ensure all project-related filing/administration is in accordance with United Living's IMS and Project Filing Guide.
  • Responsible for identifying, reviewing, and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered (avoiding any defects later), undertaking regular reviews to monitor progress against programme addressing any shortcomings and issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Relevant construction-related level 4 and above qualification (HNC/NVQ)
  • Appropriate CSCS card
  • Valid driving license
  • SMSTS certificate
  • Fire Marshall certificate desirable
