Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients to foster business growth.
  • Keeping accurate records of existing client accounts.
  • Assisting the Account Director with training on consultant legislation and umbrella services as needed.
  • Providing support for agency promotional materials and hospitality needs.
  • Completing all necessary commercial documentation for the designated client portfolio.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in either an agency or umbrella sector.
  • Experience in a similar position with a balance of sales and support responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in utilizing internal systems and Sales CRM software effectively.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
