Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients to foster business growth.
- Keeping accurate records of existing client accounts.
- Assisting the Account Director with training on consultant legislation and umbrella services as needed.
- Providing support for agency promotional materials and hospitality needs.
- Completing all necessary commercial documentation for the designated client portfolio.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in either an agency or umbrella sector.
- Experience in a similar position with a balance of sales and support responsibilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in utilizing internal systems and Sales CRM software effectively.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
