About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of properties, including dusting, wiping, and washing surfaces.
  • Sweep and mop floors, and empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points.
  • Mix and use cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
  • Replenish consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks, as well as communal kitchen areas.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard.

Working Hours:

7.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
