Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries/complaints
  • Update and maintain databases, perform general administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the efficiency of sales operations
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a sales function
  • Confident communicator with good customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft and CRM systems
