Key Responsibilities:We are looking for outstanding professionals to oversee our Disabled Children's Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Assistant Managers, social workers, and family support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services to disabled children and their families.
- Utilizing your extensive experience as a social worker, ideally with previous leadership roles in Children's Social Care.
- Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate your team while communicating a passion for achieving optimal outcomes for children.
- Managing budgets effectively, although prior experience in this area is not mandatory.
