Qualifications:

  • Ideally a background in lean manufacturing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as food science, engineering, or business administration.
  • Significant experience in production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance practices, and industry regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
