Position Summary Salary: Competitive, inclusive of shift allowance.

Working Hours: Continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off) with 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Main Responsibilities
Our Production Operatives (POs) work across various departments, including Packaging, Processing, and Services. In Processing, you may perform inspection duties, manual handling, automation tasks, and housekeeping duties. In Packaging, you will collaborate with a team to pack products, operate machinery, and conduct essential quality checks. In Services, you will support the production line by supplying raw materials, performing quality checks, and managing waste segregation to uphold our environmental commitments.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe POs' responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
Operating and adjusting machinery while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Identifying and addressing any declines in machinery performance. Analyzing numerical data and effectively communicating machine performance both verbally and in writing. Providing coverage for colleagues during absences as needed. Upholding high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Proactively seeking assistance from the broader shift team when necessary. Collaborating with Manufacturing Technicians and Operational Team Leaders to ensure optimal line performance. Focusing 90% of your time on maintaining standards and 10% on improving them. Identifying and addressing performance gaps among team members. Taking action based on numerical data and machine performance metrics.At PepsiCo, we are dedicated to the growth of our employees.
