Position Summary Salary: Competitive salary structure.

Working Hours: Shift pattern involving 12-hour rotations, including weekends and holidays.
Main Responsibilities
Our Production Operatives are engaged in various areas such as Packaging, Processing, and Services. In Processing, tasks may include quality inspections, manual handling, and equipment maintenance. In Packaging, you will collaborate with a team to ensure product quality and machine operation. In Services, your role will involve supplying materials and conducting quality checks to uphold our environmental standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Production Operative include:
Operating and adjusting machinery while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Identifying and addressing any issues affecting machinery performance. Analyzing numerical data and effectively communicating machine performance. Providing coverage for team members as needed. Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. Collaborating with other team members to ensure optimal line performance. Focusing primarily on maintaining standards while also seeking improvements. Proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps within the team. Utilizing data to drive actions related to machine performance.At PepsiCo, we are dedicated to the growth of our employees.
