Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with OPAL's policies and procedures, including ISO27001 and Consumer Duty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner certification or equivalent.
