We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of innovation and technology projects for various IC brands. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion, and meeting project budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, with experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and ensuring project safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of innovation and technology projects
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Lead engineering and construction management teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with Unilever's Hygiene, equipment, and safety standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in Project Engineering with FMCG experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a people or project management role
  • Professional engineering skills and experience managing project budgets
