Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Red Door Recruitment. As a key member of our flooring division, you will be responsible for managing multiple flooring projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple flooring projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and fitters to manage labour arrangements, materials, and project documentation.
  • Monitor and manage project costs, making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  • Update project documentation promptly upon completion of work to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending regular meetings to discuss project progress and timelines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably within the flooring or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts, project specifications, and tender documents.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, fitters, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
