Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Leader

Recruit Right is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire finance function, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a full 360 finance background to take on this challenging role. As a Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team around you, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with financial regulations, and maintenance of auditable financial records.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related financial tasks.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

Requirements

  • Financial Management Experience: Proven experience in financial management, planning, and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Financial Systems and Technology: Proficiency in financial systems, including XERO and MS Office, with the ability to implement and maintain efficient financial processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
