About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan for our site(s) and working closely with Senior Operations Managers, Functional Heads, and other stakeholders to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to operational managers and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct diagnostics to identify trends and environmental ER or workplace issues, and develop strategic remedies to address these issues.
  • Lead on all salaried hiring, partnering with operational managers to develop department recruiting strategies and goals.
  • Develop and implement talent management and development programs to drive business growth and succession planning.
  • Provide HR operations support, including analyzing and pulling reports from HR tools, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Act as a change management enabler, partnering with Associate Forum to drive business change and adoption.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Bachelor degree level or hold CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Significant HR experience as a senior leader, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
  • Strong change management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing a team of HR professionals.
