About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our People Support Centre (HR Shared Service) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert HR advice and support to our employees across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on all aspects of HR management, including employee relations, employment law, and HR policies.
  • Lead and advise on HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our employees, managers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Travel to our various offices and sites across the UK to meet with employees and provide face-to-face support.
  • Coach and develop managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to manage their teams effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong background in employee relations, employment law, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home and in the office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience of using HR systems and software, including ResourceLink and/or SharePoint.
