Position Overview: Our client is looking for a dedicated Court of Protection Legal Assistant to become a vital part of their team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients and their families to understand their unique lifestyle needs, offering practical guidance, and ensuring their interests are safeguarded across various matters, including financial management and care planning.
  • Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, case managers, social services, and other relevant organizations to provide comprehensive support.
  • Demonstrating proficient IT capabilities, particularly in software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients as necessary.
