Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering queries, logging information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Take responsibility for invoicing jobs, sending and chasing repair quotes, and undertaking general administrative duties.
- Order truck parts and goods, and receive and record stock.
- Undertake stock takes and record information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Deal with email queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Good timekeeping and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good sense of humor and willingness to learn.
