Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team at Kingston Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing production and ensuring that our client's manufacturing site in Hull operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Safety and Quality: Implement strategies to ensure a safe and healthy working environment, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain a positive working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of production planning, control, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A flexible approach to working hours to deal with issues as they arise.
