As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children living in our refuges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and group support to children and young people, ensuring a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement stimulating, safe, and appropriate activities for children who have witnessed or experienced domestic violence.
- Work closely with children and their mothers to provide a comprehensive support package.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support service.
Requirements:
