As part of National Energy System Operator (NESO)'s efforts to tackle climate change, we are seeking a talented Economist Graduate to join our team. Our mission is to transition GB's electricity system to net zero by 2030, and we need experts like you to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and collect large amounts of data to support our high-voltage electricity system and commercial infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with power systems engineers, markets specialists, and data scientists to analyse our databases and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to build and deliver cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decisions.
