About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2, helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2
  • Assist teachers in the classroom and with lesson planning
  • Support pupils with their learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a high standard of education
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2
  • Good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
