About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2, helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational support to pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2
- Assist teachers in the classroom and with lesson planning
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a high standard of education
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with pupils in Nursery/Reception to Key Stage 2
- Good understanding of child and adult protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
