Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our Demolition division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to develop their career within our organization and will be required to travel for project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple demolition projects throughout the UK.
  • Ensure operational efficiency in project delivery, collaborating closely with site management to meet quality standards, budget constraints, and client timelines.
  • Lead and guide the demolition workforce effectively.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution.
  • Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Demolition Schedules.
  • Assist the Estimating and Business Development teams in preparing tender proposals.
  • Handle the submission of monthly valuations and applications.

Candidate Profile:

  • Background in construction management with relevant site experience.
  • Ability to operate from our Head Office.
  • Proven experience in contract management and commercial oversight.
  • Possession of relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CCDO Manager, CSCS Manager's black card, Construction Management Degree).
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations.
  • Familiarity with transport logistics, site waste management, and environmental planning is advantageous.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.

Compensation: A company vehicle will be provided, and the salary is competitive and negotiable.
