Office Administrator Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Jackie Kerr Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, including typing up sales invoices and posting payments and receipts on to SAGE.
  • Manage the office filing system, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with payroll processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Person Specification:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role and be proficient in using SAGE accounting software.
