Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Omega Resource Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assisting with sales-related tasks, such as preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
