Night Receptionist Role Overview

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth-running of the Front Office Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the first impression of our guests at check-in
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest queries and requests efficiently
  • Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion
  • Work collaboratively with the Nights team to maintain a high level of service standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
