Night Receptionist Role

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Conduct daily night audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of guest information.
  • Collaborate with the Nights team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide guests with personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
