About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Navigator of Wellbeing and Community Services to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Warwickshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate problem-solving and goal-setting skills through one-to-one wellbeing sessions, including the development of individual wellbeing plans.
  • Deliver group wellbeing workshops and contribute to improvements based on evaluation.
  • Facilitate opportunities to connect with local community and universal services.
  • Network with relevant external stakeholders to develop community links and garner referrals.
  • Support the improvement of emotional wellbeing, physical health, and home life for service users.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Autism is essential for this role.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a non-judgmental approach are required.
  • A driving license and own vehicle are necessary for frequent travel across the region.
